Agent Program Questions
Who can become a referral agent?
Anyone based in the United States can apply. We work with independent sales agents, consultants, web agencies, and anyone with connections to ecommerce merchants processing $150k+ per month.
How much can I earn?
Commission rates range from 0.05% to 1.0% of referred merchant processing volume, depending on the merchant risk tier. There is no cap on earnings.
When do I get paid?
Commissions accrue after a 14-day holdback period and are settled monthly via ACH. You can track all earnings and payouts in your agent dashboard.
Do I need to sell or close deals?
No. Your role is to introduce merchants to OnCharge. Our team handles the onboarding, underwriting, and technical integration. You earn commissions as long as the merchant stays active.
What documents do I need?
We require a completed W-9 form and a government-issued photo ID for identity verification. These can be uploaded directly in your agent dashboard after approval.
