- Shareholder / Member Registry
- Certificate of Good Standing
- Bank Statements (last 3 months)
- Processing Statements (last 3 months)
- Voided Check or Bank Letter
- Owner Government-Issued ID (front & back)
- Owner SSN Verification (SSA letter or W-2)
- Utility Bill (address verification)
- Legal Opinion Letter (BAR-licensed attorney)
